Property plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also contained in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
More images disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
